1.Application reception desk

• Application is receivable to point for up to 180 days.

• Reservation of hall for rent needs sign-in. (WEB registration)
• Payment of use rate becomes deposit system. (by credit, bank transfer)

  When transfer is not completion, we are canceled regardless of reason automatically.
• We do with seven days during tentative reservation period, and it is automatic cancellation when procedure for this reservation decision is not done.

2.Use time

• It is said that use of hall time is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and time from preparations to leaving is included.

• On the day you receive our approval beforehand, and please pay predetermined rate beforehand when use time is extended.

3.Cancellation

• As a general rule, change of reservation contents after this reservation decision is not possible.

• Please perform cancellation from my page on our hall reservation site for rent.
• When the use is canceled without depending on natural calamity in heaven and earth, inevitability and infectious disease risks such as traffic conditions, our other responsibility, prescribed cancellation fee will occur.

4.Limit of use

Use of hall in case of next is not accepted.

• When religious group uses for propagation or uses for political activity.
• Use of hall which might give nuisance by dance, music, the noise, vibration elsewhere.
• Use of hall admitting that other we are inappropriate.

5.Hall precautions matter

• When we damage facility equipment and were lost, please compensate the actual expenses.

• Use of fire, carry-on of dangerous materials are not accepted firmly.
• Smoking except the room and appointed place is not accepted firmly.
• Signboard, poster do not accept notice except appointed place and prescribed dimensions.
• When you need cleaning in particular, please bear cleaning costs separately.

6.When there is the next matter, we may ask for the cancellation during use.
    In addition, we do not bear compensation responsibility about the damage to occur by withdrawals at all.

• When it violated precautions matter and our regulations.
